Order & Payment Terms

After your order is confirmed, our sales team will issue a Pro Forma Invoice (PI).
A 50% deposit is required before production begins.
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ):
- 30 pieces per style
- 10 kg minimum per shipment
Once your order is completed, we will email you the final invoice.
The remaining balance must be paid by T/T bank transfer before we ship your order.
Our bank details will be provided with your order confirmation.

Shipping Terms: All prices are quoted FOB Bangkok, Thailand.

Delivery

Lead Time: Orders are shipped within 4–6 weeks after we receive your order confirmation and 50% deposit.
Shipping Options: We ship via FedEx, UPS, DHL, or your preferred shipping carrier.
Shipping Charges: Freight costs, import duties, and customs fees are the buyer's responsibility and will be collected at the destination.

Pricing

Because silver prices change daily, the silver cost is fixed on the day your 50% deposit is received. Manufacturing labor remains consistent unless otherwise announced.

All prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Ready Stock

We do have some inventory in the Ready Stock section. You can place orders from this Ready Stock items and we can ship them within five days. This inventory will be updated on a weekly basis and therefore, the actual quantities may vary.
